The Orthopedic Clinic Association (TOCA)’s Director of Physical Therapy (and ASU alum) Alex Anderson recently appeared on ASU Sun Devil Radio. As a sports medicine doctor, he spoke with Tim Healy about common baseball injuries and how TOCA’s doctors and physical therapists work collaboratively to help athletes heal and rehab following a sports injury and/or surgery.
Alex and TOCA’s team of physical therapists routinely work with athletes recovering from rotator cuff, labrum, and ACL injuries as well as those rehabbing from Tommy John elbow surgeries. These athletes are all eager to play ball … and with help from TOCA’s sports medical doctors and physical therapists, they are able to get back into the game again as quickly and safely as possible.
